02.02.2020. Happy Palindrome Day! Today is an EXTRA exciting #SpiritualSunday because today is a super rare Palindrome Day (aka the numbers are the same if you read them backwards AND forwards!). Today is 02.02.2020 and the next Palindrome Day won’t happen until 12.12.2121. AND it happens to be the 33rd day of the year with 333 days left until the end of the year. Say WHAAAAAT???
Spiritually, this is a fantastic day because— The Portal of Synchronicities is open! Today is a key day for deep self-reflection and truly identify what your soul really desires. Basically, today is THE PERFECT day to go deep and figure out what makes you unhappy and what would make you the happiest human on the planet. Doing something about it and setting your intentions today will launch you massive leaps ahead of the game. And considering the fact that January was the most tumultuous, rocky month, we could all use a serious magical boost to get us back on track with our goals (and re-aligned with our souls).
To help you, here’s a quick guide on how to go deep today and take advantage of this incredibly loving and high-vibe magical portal:
PALINDROME MANIFESTING GUIDE
Pre-game (Prep Work) (I’ll use this football analogy since the Super Bowl is tonight). Bust out your journal to answer the following questions. Pour yourself a soothing cup of hot tea, almond milk latte, or your drink of choice. Sit in a comfortable, quiet place with a blanket and your favorite crystals or items that make you feel loved. Turn on your diffuser with your favorite essential oils (I like a blend of frankincense, bergamont, and lavender), light a candle, and get cozy. Then ask yourself the following questions and write down the first things that pop into your mind.
1st Down (Question 1). Where am I unhappy in my life? Make a list of what areas of your life you are unhappy with. Then get specific. What are you unhappy with in those areas? Be honest. Write it all down. List as many things as you want.
Examples: My house is never as clean as I want it to be. I’m lonely. I don’t make as much money as I want to. I feel lost. I don’t know what my life purpose is. I don’t like the way I look.
2nd Down (Question 2). What necessary changes can I make as difficult as it may be? Next to each item that you listed, write down at least one step you can take to make that necessary change.
Examples: I can spend 10 minutes a day cleaning an area of my house that bugs me the most. I can reach out to one friend. I can shift one limiting belief around money. I can list an item to sell on Poshmark. I can get a coaching session to regain clarity on my direction and purpose in life. I can wear an outfit today that I feel beautiful in.
3rd Down (Question 3). What would make me REALLY happy? If anything was possible, if the entire Universe was working with me, if I couldn’t fuck it up, what would I want? Be bold. And brutally honest. Doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks. Write down what would make your soul sing.
Examples: Hiring a maid to clean my house every week! Making 5-figures every month with ease! Having a group of soul-aligned besties that I hang out with often. Having total clarity on what my purpose is and how to use it to serve others AND make a fuck ton of money doing it! Having a super sexy, toned healthy body and feeling like a freaking gorgeous goddess every time I walk out the door.
4th Down (Question 4). Who would I need to become and what would I need to believe in order have all those things? A singer has to sing. A painter has to paint. Here’s an easy fill in the blank: I am a _____________. And I can have __________ because I believe that ___________.
Examples: I am a organized woman. And I can have clean home because I believe that it is easy to have a cleaning routine that always keeps my house clean. I am a wealthy woman boss lady extraordinaire! And I can have 5-figure months because I believe that money always flows in abundance into my bank account easily and effortlessly! I am a love queen! And I can have incredible soul mate friends and real true love because I believe that I am a magnet for love! Everyone I meet immediately falls head over heels in love with me!
TOUCHDOWN! To finish off this deep soul work, take a moment feel how good it feels to possibly have all those things. Seal this off with a prayer: God/Angels/Universe— Thank you for hearing my prayers. Please help me fall in love with every area of my life and get everything I desire. I am willing to see the unlimited possibilities that are all around me to make this happen. Everything I need and want is coming to me now. I am willing to believe. I am willing to do my part. Help me do what I need to do. I am ready to receive massive miracles. Amen.
Then throw a dance party! No touchdown is ever complete without a touchdown dance! Imagine if you just caught the winning touchdown for the Super Bowl! How freaking stoked would you be?!
